Summer Refreshment-mango Smoothie

Mix the caster sugar and 125 grams of water into the pot, heat and stir on low heat until all the sugar is dissolved into sugar water, set aside to cool

Cut the mango and remove the pulp

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, put the mango flesh and the remaining 65 grams of water into a food processor (mixer), and make a mango puree

Put the mango puree into a bowl, add sugar water, and mix well

Put the mango puree in the refrigerator and freeze overnight to form mango ice, take it out and use a food processor to make a smoothie (if you don't have a smoothie machine at home, you can use a rolling pin to break it)
