Summer Special Drink Sour Plum Soup

Soak all the ingredients in clean water for 15 minutes. If you have time, you can soak for a while. I have already soaked, so ignore this step

Add 1000ml of water to the casserole

Put all the ingredients in a pot and boil on high heat

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and boil for about 45 minutes

Add the right amount of rock sugar. Don’t add too much rock sugar at the beginning. The hot and sour plum soup tastes particularly sour, but the taste will change after cooling.

After filtering the residue, add the sugar sweet-scented osmanthus to it to cool
Tips:
Personally, I don’t like the medicinal taste, so I add a little licorice. If you are used to the medicinal taste, you can add more licorice.
