Sunflower Yellow Peach Pie

Beat 2 eggs, add 30 grams of sugar and stir until melted.

Add 100g low-gluten flour and knead into a smooth dough.

Roll out into thin slices slightly larger than the mold.

Roll it once with a rolling pin along the edge of the mold, and the excess dough pieces will fall off. Use a fork to pierce some holes in the bottom of the dough. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

To cream cheese, add 50g sugar in portions and beat until smooth. Add two whole eggs in portions and beat evenly.

Pour into the bottom of the pre-baked cake, and heat the middle layer up and down at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.

After being allowed to cool naturally, keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Garnish with chocolate sauce and canned yellow peaches.
