This formula is relatively soft, if you want to make the operation more convenient, you can appropriately reduce the amount of fresh cream.

Later, after doing it many times, I found that the cocoa powder won't get anywhere. It is best to cut the chocolate while it is still slightly hard. If it is difficult to cut, please heat the knife slightly. Before cutting, prepare a food bag containing slightly more cocoa powder than the amount used. The chopped chocolate chunks are thrown directly in and coated with flour. The operation is very clean, and the powder is evenly coated and beautiful.
