It is hot in summer, and no one eats rice when cooking at home, but it changes the pattern to make sushi, every time it is light.

Ingredients

Sushi

1. Use your wealthy family's rice to fill out the required amount and put it in a bowl.

2. Wash the rice until the water is clear and soak for ten minutes.

3. Use a rice cooker to simmer into moderately hard rice.

4. The braised rice is broken upright with a rice spoon, then pour in the sushi vinegar, mix well, and set aside to cool for later use.

5. Cut carrots into strips, put them in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

6. Wash the gherkin, peel and cut into strips.

7. Cut the ham sausage into strips, heat and fry them in a pan to create a fragrant flavor.

8. Cut large roots into strips for later use.

9. Prepare all the ingredients and start making sushi rolls.

10. Rolling: First put a piece of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain, then a piece of seaweed, and a layer of mixed rice on top of the seaweed. Lay the carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, big roots, and ham sticks in sequence, squeeze the salad dressing and then Roll up.

Reverse: Spread rice on the sushi curtain, then cover with slices of Shanghai moss, then stack cucumber strips, carrot strips, ham strips, and large roots in sequence, then roll them into a cylindrical shape, brush the outside with a layer of salad dressing, and then coat with a layer of pork floss That's it.

12. Roll it up in turn.
