I first saw this luncheon meat sushi called MUSUBI in the food section of Big V Ouyang Yingji: Eating while walking! Yingji's nomadic cuisine. This can be regarded as a mashup of fresh food. It is said that it was invented and promoted by Japanese expatriates who moved to Hawaii in the early years. Unlike traditional sushi, I think it’s also appropriate to call it rice balls. Originally I was going to use American-made luncheon meat, which is not available at home, so I replaced it with another one. The taste is a little bit salty. Next time, I will try the great gluttonous recommendation!

Luncheon Meat Sushi

1. Consumption of oil, soy sauce and sugar in a plate and mix well

2. Open the can and take out the luncheon meat, thickly cut and set aside

3. Put luncheon meat in the sauce and spread on both sides

4. Stir-fry the sesame seeds

5. Fry the luncheon meat in a frying pan until crispy on both sides

6. The sushi rice is cooked, add sushi vinegar and mix well

7. Add the fried black sesame seeds and mix well

8. Add pork floss and mix well

9. Knead the rice into shape

10. If it doesn’t feel good, you can use this luncheon meat box just like me.

11. Cut the seaweed to the corresponding width and put the rice on it

12. Put the luncheon meat and wrap it up and eat it

Tips:

1. I use Shanghai Meilin's luncheon meat, which is salty in taste, and the sauce can be slightly without soy sauce
