This is the dim sum prepared for the two little treasures, a simple version of sushi, I think it is more appropriate to call them rice balls. There are some sausages, green peppers, cabbage leaves, carrots, which are really full of nutrition.

Ingredients

Beef Sausage and Vegetable Rice Ball

1. Salty beef sausage and vegetable rice balls, preparation: beef sausage, carrots, fresh rice, green peppers, cabbage leaves.

2. Wash the rice, then soak in water for half an hour.

3. Boil the beef intestines in a pot under cold water and cook for another three minutes.

4. In addition, blanch the green peppers, cabbage, and carrots with a knife for two minutes.

5. After cooking the fresh rice into rice, add sushi vinegar and mix until the rice is loose.

6. Cover the sushi mold with a layer of plastic wrap.

7. Spread a layer of rice first, then add green peppers, radishes, cabbage, salad dressing, and cooked sesame seeds.

8. Then change the cooked sausage to a knife, spread it inside, cover the top with rice, and press it firmly.

9. Cut into pieces and serve on a plate. You can add some ripe sesame seeds to garnish.

Tips:

Steaming rice is the same as cooking rice. Friends can do whatever they want.
