Prepare the ingredients you want to make, cut and shabu ~ set aside for later use

When the rice is steamed, add salt and sesame oil while it is hot. If you prefer sweetness, add sushi vinegar and sugar. Take out a piece of seaweed, be careful not to cover the rice all over, leave some place to roll it up. Be sure to roll it tightly when you roll sushi
