Sushi Pizza
1.
Prepare all kinds of ingredients, preheat the Midea steaming oven, select the default upper and lower heating mode, 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
2.
Spread the grilled seaweed for making sushi on the baking tray, spread the rice mixed with a little sushi vinegar and sesame oil on the top, compact and flatten it. Put a sausage on one end. (I used half a piece of sausage, because a piece of grilled seaweed has a relatively small area. If you use a larger piece, you can spread the rice all over, and then put the whole piece of sausage on each end).
3.
Roll up the sausage at one end and press the joint on the rice. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on the rice.
4.
Sprinkle with assorted vegetables and chopped bacon. Assorted vegetables are corn kernels, green beans, and diced carrots. Green and red peppers can also be used instead.
5.
Sprinkle a little cheese on it and put it in the middle of the preheated steaming oven. There are three layers to choose from, and it can also be placed on the upper layer.
6.
Select the default upper and lower fire heating, 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Because rice is cooked, mixed vegetables and bacon are easy to cook, so ten minutes will do.
7.
Take out the baked sushi pizza and squeeze a little sifted pizza sauce on the surface to increase the flavor.
8.
Then put the tray back in the steaming oven, click on the program, select single-on to heat up, 180 degrees for 3 minutes. After dicing, you can eat it while it is hot. The cheese is fragrant and silky, rich in taste and very delicious.
