Bear Shrimp Burger
1.
Wash the shrimp, shell and sand the line.
2.
Add ginger powder, cooking wine, pepper, salt and chopped onion, and marinate for a while. While pickling, wash the lettuce leaves and set aside.
3.
Take an appropriate amount of rice and compact it in a small bowl
4.
When it came out, it was the round face of the bear and the top of the rice burger.
5.
In the same way, it is compacted in a circular mold, and after demolding, it becomes a burger bottom.
6.
Put a little rice in the plastic wrap to form two ears. Use cheese slices and sushi seaweed to carve out the facial features. Set aside for later use.
7.
Heat the pan with oil, put an egg into the round mold, and heat it on a low fire. You can also beat the eggs in advance, mix a little salt in the egg liquid, and then pour them into a mold for frying.
8.
After the bottom is basically solidified, connect the two shrimps head to tail and place them on the eggs.
9.
When the seven or eight are mature, use a spatula to turn over carefully, draw a toothpick along the inner edge of the mold, let the egg press the shrimp to the bottom, and fry the shrimp.
10.
Remove the mold and let it cool for a while.
11.
In the order you like, put them layer by layer with a little Thousand Island dressing or salad dressing in the middle.
