Ate at a light meal in a colleague’s office. It's delicious, simple, and full of nutrients.

Vegetable Rice Ball

1. Peel carrots, wash and slice; wash celery, cut into sections for later use.

2. Boil water in a pot and cook the sausage for 15 minutes. When it cooks for 12-13 minutes, add celery and carrots and cook together.

3. After the ingredients are cooked, remove them and chop them separately

4. Put the sesame oil in the pot, pour the rice and all the ingredients, and finally put the crushed seaweed, stir!

5. After stirring evenly, put the dough into a rice ball and put it on the plate.
