Sweet Afternoon Tea Snack--flower Apple Pie
1.
Crush the biscuits and set aside, take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator to warm up in advance; wash and peel the apples, and cut into small pieces;
2.
Put butter in a small pot and heat it to melt until brown,
3.
Pour in apples and white sugar;
4.
Stir evenly with a spoon, heat up on high heat, and when the apple turns brown, pour in the rum;
5.
When the alcohol smell is gone, add cinnamon powder,
6.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs at the end, mix well, pour on a plate and let cool;
7.
Take out the puff pastry from the refrigerator (the puff pastry made last year and kept it in the refrigerator for a year), roll it out,
8.
Each piece is cut into 3 pieces on average, and my meringue that has been stored for a long time is cut into 6 pieces, which is just right to put in the six-unit cake mold;
9.
Put in the cool apple filling,
10.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs on the surface,
11.
Put it into the oven that has been preheated at 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes;
12.
Baked apple pie
Tips:
This apple pie can be said to be a quick afternoon tea snack.
I use ready-made meringues (make more at a time and freeze them in the refrigerator),
Just fry a little apple filling and bake it in the oven.
Everything is ok
