The double quotation marks on the ribs are naturally not real ribs. The ribs are made with apples and meringue. It's sweet and crispy and delicious.

1. Prepare red apples with big ingredients.

2. Peel and core the apple and cut into strips.

3. Cut the butter meringue into strips.

4. Wrap the butter meringue around the apple sticks as shown in the picture.

5. Brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid. Put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
