Sweet and Sour Applesauce

Two apples, wash and set aside

Tips:
1. Cut the apple into small pieces as much as possible, so that the jam will not have a grainy texture.
2. Try to be as fast as possible, some apples are easy to oxidize.
3. You can add some sugar, honey or orange juice, according to personal taste. I made the original applesauce, sweet and sour, which is also very delicious.
4. The bread machine is completed. If the satisfactory result is not achieved for the first time, you can add a little water and start the jam function again.
