Sweet and Sour Bayberry Juice

Rinse the bayberry first, soak it in water and salt for half an hour (to force out the small bugs or impurities in the bayberry crevices), then rinse it over a clear fire after soaking.

Put the bayberry in a boiling pot, add clear water, add rock sugar and start to cook. After the water is boiled, cook for 20 minutes, remove any floating objects on the surface, and boiled bayberry juice.
