Sweet and Sour Blueberry Mousse

All the ingredients are ready

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water to soften

Heat the milk in the microwave for one minute, put the soaked gelatine slices in, and stir until melted

Add whipped cream and sugar, put it in a clean container, and beat until the lines that are not easy to disappear

Blueberry jam spare

Divide the whipped cream into three parts, put them in three containers, and add two kinds of jam to two parts

Mix evenly

Put the three colors of mousse into the piping bag and squeeze it into the greased silicone mold

Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours

The mousse is ready to be eaten when it hardens. Gently press the bottom of the silicone mold and lift it up to release the mousse.
Tips:
1. Gelatine slices must be soaked in cold water first, and then melted in hot milk. If they are directly put into hot milk, they will become a ball.
2. Apply some oil to the bottom of the silicone mold, and it will be easy to demould.
