Sweet and Sour Braised Lotus Root

Lotus root section

Slice after peeling

Boil lotus root in hot water

Remove cold water

Prepare a small bowl of sweet and sour sauce: 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of sugar
