Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Wash the striped fish, remove the head, tail and internal organs, and cut into even pieces

Put the cleaned hairtail in a plate, put an appropriate amount of salt, an appropriate amount of cooking wine

Prepare the ingredients for making egg liquid: cornstarch, egg, put the hairtail in the egg white, and paste on both sides
