Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

After the fine row is blanched, rinse and stew with water. Remove the ribs, dry them and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a wok, heat to eight minutes hot, pour in the ribs, fry until golden on both sides and serve.

Leave a small amount of base oil in the pot, add shredded ginger, star anise, and cinnamon, and fry it for a fragrance.

Put in a large amount of sugar, appropriate amount of tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the ribs and stir fry evenly. Sprinkle with shredded green onions and stir-fry evenly.

Collect the sauce over medium heat and place the ribs on a plate. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and pour the sweet and sour sauce on the ribs.
