Soak the veggie meat, squeeze the moisture; make a batter with flour + starch + water, wrap it in the veggie meat, fry it crispy in a frying pan, drain the oil for later use

Put the sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt and water starch into a small bowl and mix thoroughly; when the wok is heated, add some vegetable oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry
