Sweet and Sour Radish

Beautiful radish in the heart, wash and peel it for later use.

Use a wire grater to wipe into thin filaments.

First add a little salt, stir evenly, and marinate for 5 minutes.

The sweet and sour mixture is made into a sauce, which is then poured on the marinated shredded radish.
