Sweet and Sour Radish

Prepare the ingredients: Wash the radish from the heart.

Cut in half and peel.

Cut into filaments.

Add a little salt to remove the moisture.

Add sugar and white vinegar (I use Tianli sweet vinegar if I don’t have it at home).

Mix well and serve.
