Sweet and Sour Radish

1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the radish from the heart.

2. Cut in half and peel.

3. Cut into filaments.

4. Add a little salt to remove the moisture.

5. Add sugar and white vinegar (I use Tianli sweet vinegar if I don’t have it at home).

6. Mix well and serve.

7. The colors are bright and eye-catching!

8. Crisp and refreshing.
