Sweet and Sour Radish

In my heart, the radish was peeled, washed and cut in half. I have left this radish for several days, and some of its moisture has been lost, so it is peeled. If it is fresh, it must be peeled. The color will look better.

Cut into thin slices.

Add a little salt to remove the water.

Add a little sugar and apple cider vinegar, mix well, and eat after flavor, crisp and refreshing.
