Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the water control.

Fry the ribs until golden brown.

Melt the rock sugar with low oil and low heat. Pour the fried ribs and add water to cover the ribs. One tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sugar.
