Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Prepare the shrimp minus the beard angle (be patient enough)

Pour oil into the pan, scallion, ginger, chili and stir fry
3.
Pour the shrimp and stir fry at speed
4.
Add cooking wine and sweet and sour sauce
5.
Add some green onions to serve

Tips:
For this dish, the speed of sautéing river prawns must be fast. Fresh river prawns are easy to fry. The prawns are easier to slurp after minus the beard. It just requires enough patience and a little trouble.
