The apricots from my mother-in-law’s were ripe, and I brought back a lot of them and I couldn’t finish them. I made a lot of jam and distributed it to my friends. Everyone liked it.

Ingredients

Sweet Apricot Jam

1. After washing the apricots, control the water.

2. Cut the apricots into small pieces.

3. Sprinkle with sugar and marinate.

4. Marinate until the apricots come out of water.

5. Pour into the bread machine to select the jam function.

6. Scald the bottle with controlled water and wipe off the water. After the jam is boiled, put it into the bottle and put it upside down.

Tips:

The jam jar should be scalded and sterilized, and it should be oil-free and water-free. The jam made with ripe apricots tastes better.
