Sweet Cinnamon Yam

Prepare all food. Prepare a bowl of ice water first.

Wash the yam, peel and cut into moderate length sections.

1 The mucus of yam will itchy. Remember to wear gloves when making this dish to avoid itching your hands after scraping.

3 Honey must not be boiled with rock sugar, and it can be poured on it after it has cooled down. Otherwise, honey is easy to diarrhea when exposed to hot water.
