Sweet Orange Cake Roll

Prepare materials.

Rub the orange with salt to wash the exterior and rinse it off with water. slice.

Add 350 grams of water and 80 grams of sugar to the pot. Put the orange slices and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Remove the drain, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Separate egg white and egg whites.

After the cake is baked, buckle upside down, quickly tore off the grease paper, and smeared fresh cream.

Tips:
1. When adding sugar to boil the orange slices, be sure to cook them until they are transparent, remove and drain the water.
2. If you don't like cream, you can apply jam and roll it up.
