Sweet Orange Marmalade

Sweet orange peel

Put it in a blender, add about 100ml of water, and break it.

Add the juice of a lemon to the beaten orange

Bring to the pot and boil, while stirring, jump out the seeds from the oranges, don't paste the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes (minimum 5 minutes)

Cool to 60°C and add honey. I added about 300 grams. Note: The first-grade honey must be added, the viscosity is large, and the jam shape is good.

Cool to 30°C and add a tablespoon of red wine (about 10ml). It must be dry red, so it tastes mellow.

Stir well and bottle!
