Assorted Cold Dishes

Wash the purple cabbage, remove the stems and cut into thick silk

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum, remove the roots and set aside

Wash and cut small tomatoes

Peel and cut sweet oranges

The eggs are cooked and cut into quarters

Konjac shreds, remove the shell and control water for later use
