Sweet Potato and Mung Bean Soy Milk

Prepare ingredients: 30 grams of mung beans, 40 grams of soybeans, 30 grams of sweet potatoes, and 65 grams of sugar.

Tips:
1. This soy milk cannot be eaten with persimmons, otherwise it is easy to cause discomforts such as stomachache and bloating.
2. This production uses a wall-breaking machine with heating function. If you use an ordinary cooking machine, the sweet potatoes need to be steamed, and the mung beans and soybeans should be soaked for 8 hours in advance.
