Add high-gluten flour, white sugar, and high-sugar-tolerant yeast powder. It should be noted here that high-gluten flour is the best raw material for making bread. Although ordinary flour can also be used for this small meal bag, the high-gluten flour used for bread will produce better results. For novices, use high-gluten flour. Gluten flour is also easier to succeed. High-sugar-tolerant yeast powder should be used for yeast, and ordinary yeast is not recommended.

The bread machine sets up the kneading program and starts to work. My bread machine needs two kneading programs, 20 minutes at a time, for a total of 40 minutes. It should be noted that different flours have slightly different water absorption. The water absorption difference of flour used in north and south may be relatively large. It is recommended to reserve a part of the liquid. Decide whether to continue adding according to the state of the dough;

You can apply cooking oil on your hands and knead the dough to make it easy to operate;
