Sweet Rice Wine Boiled Soft-boiled Egg

Prepare ingredients: sweet rice wine, native eggs, ginger, brown sugar;

Wash the ginger and cut into shreds, put it in water and boil it to a low heat to get the ginger flavor;

Tips:
1. For sugar, choose brown sugar powder or brown sugar flakes;
2. The ginger should be boiled out of ginger flavor;
3. Just boil the rice wine;
4. Turn off the heat immediately after breaking in the eggs, and cover the lid to simmer.
