Sweet-scented Osmanthus Yam Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients: red pumpkin (peeled and seeded and washed), yam (washed and peeled), sweet-scented osmanthus, rock sugar, water starch

Put the yam on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

Put the red squash on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

Next, put the yam and pumpkin in a pot of water, and put rock sugar in it.

Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Then, add water starch.
