Stir-fried Pumpkin with Lotus Root

Ingredients: lotus root.

Red pumpkin.

Take 1 lotus root, wash and peel, cut into slices and soak in clean water.

Remove the seeds, peel and clean the red pumpkin, and cut into slices.
