Sweet Soup

Cut the horseshoe into cubes, wash and set aside

Soak the white fungus in advance, then tear the white fungus into small pieces and set aside

Red dates, horseshoes, mung beans, barley, and white fungus were put into the stew pot in turn. Since some pictures were not taken, I made do with ☺️, I chose the dessert item in the stew pot and simmered for 3 hours
