A colorful, crispy, fungus stewed mixed vegetables is not only pleasing to the eye, nutritious, and detoxifying scavenger!

Double Ears Stewed Mixed Vegetables (detoxification and Intestinal Cleaning)

1. Prepare the ingredients. Black fungus, white fungus, snow peas, bell pepper, garlic. The fungus needs to be soaked 2 hours in advance.

2. Cut the ingredients and set aside.

3. Pour oil into the pot and heat to 50% heat.

4. Add garlic and stir fragrant over low heat.

5. Pour in black and white fungus and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add vegetables, salt and oyster sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

7. Stir-fry on high heat for two minutes, all the ingredients are ready to be out of the pot.

8. A plate of braised mixed vegetables with double ears is ready.

Tips:
