Double Ears Stewed Mixed Vegetables (detoxification and Intestinal Cleaning)

Prepare the ingredients. Black fungus, white fungus, snow peas, bell pepper, garlic. The fungus needs to be soaked 2 hours in advance.

Cut the ingredients and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot and heat to 50% heat.
