Stir-fried Snow Peas with Ginkgo White Fungus

Prepare the ingredients. Ginkgo, white fungus, snow peas, garlic.

Boil water in a pot and blanch snow peas in boiling water.

The snow peas are blanched and ready to use.

Heat oil in a pot and stir 50% of the fragrant peppercorns.

Add garlic slices and sauté.

Add the white fungus and stir fry evenly.

Add snow peas and continue to stir fry.

Add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
The ginkgo can be blanched and then fried. My ginkgo is blanched, so this step is omitted in the production process. Friends can blanch the snow peas and then blanch the ginkgo to make it more delicious.
