Sweet Tofu with Meringues

Soak the soybeans one night in advance.

Add the soybeans and water to the blender, and mix at medium and high speed until the particles are fine.

Remove the foam, use gauze to filter out the soy milk and put it into the container.

Bring the soy milk to a boil on a medium-to-low heat. While boiling, skim the foam. After boiling, turn off the heat, and pour in the internal fat previously dissolved with water.

While pouring, stir gently with a spoon and cover the pot. After 20 minutes, the soy milk will automatically condense into tofu.

Half an egg roll, crush it with a rolling pin.

Put the tofu brain into a bowl and add a spoonful of honey or sugar.

Add the egg rolls and start eating.
Tips:
If you want to have a salty taste, you can mix in salt, soy sauce, chili pepper, chopped peanuts, green onions, coriander, etc.
