Sydney Brown Sugar Ginger Jujube Tea~
1.
One piece of fresh ginger and one piece of Sydney pear (the Fengshui pear I used) peeled and cut into pieces.
2.
Add water to the pot and add the sliced ginger.
3.
Add pear cubes, red dates and brown sugar after the water is boiled.
4.
Turn off the heat after simmering for 20 minutes.
5.
Hot ginger soup out of the pot~
