Braised Noodles with Beans

Minced green onion, ginger and garlic

Peel and cut potatoes

Because I use dried bean curd shreds at home, so I cooked it first and set aside

Pour in the oil, heat the oil and then add the small red peppers to saute, then add the onion, ginger and garlic to saute

Then add light soy sauce, salt and various ingredients, then add potatoes and simmer for five minutes

Add the shredded beans and simmer for 3 minutes.

Then put the noodles and simmer for 5 minutes

Open the pan, use chopsticks to mix the noodles, then use a spatula to mix the noodles with potatoes and shredded beans.
