[taiwan] Taiwanese Grilled Sausage
1.
Use a toothpick to poke all the white grease on the Taiwanese sausage.
2.
Put clean water in the pan or frying pan first, and then add the same amount of oil.
3.
After adding the sausage, cover the pot and turn on medium heat.
4.
After the temperature in the pot rises, the fat of the sausage itself will flow out from the hole just poked, and it will mix with the oil and water in the pot and cause oil explosion, so be sure to cover the pot.
5.
When the oil pop becomes low, you can open the lid, turn the sausage over, and continue frying until the water in the pot is dry.
6.
The freshly cooked sausage is very hot, so it can be put on a kitchen towel to absorb oil.
7.
After the sausage has cooled slightly, it can be sliced.
8.
It can be served with sliced green garlic or garlic.
Tips:
1. First use a toothpick to poke all the white grease on the Taiwanese sausage, so that the grease in the sausage itself can flow out during the heating process, reducing the fatness.
2. Be sure to add water first and then oil in the pot. In my habit, if you fry 2 grilled sausages, put 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon oil; 4 grilled sausages, put 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, and so on.
