Tamarind
1.
Soak the tamarind and white sugar in two bowls of water for 10 minutes

Pour half a spoon of jelly and half a bowl of water to soak

The tamarind is plugged with a stopper to remove the residue and then add the soaked jelly water

Add tamarind in a cold pan and boil until the water boils
5.
Pour into a small basin and freeze for 5 minutes
6.
Cut it up and serve it on the plate and you can eat it
Tips:
If you don’t like to eat too sour, you can put less tamarind. You can use brown sugar instead of white sugar. I chose Thai jelly powder.
