Tamarind peeled and cored

Add proper amount of water to the tamarind and heat it on a small fire, stirring continuously during the heating process until it becomes thick

Use a strainer to filter out the fascia in the tamarind

Pour the filtered tamarind paste into the pot, add rock sugar, and cook QQ sugar until thick

Let it cool and put it in a clean container
