This porridge is what I saw on the mobile app. It is suitable for seasonal porridge in the current season. I like it very much. I just bought a copy of it. It tastes very good. It uses white fungus, tangerines, rice, and osmanthus. The porridge with white fungus is smooth and waxy. Sprinkle some sweet-scented osmanthus before it comes out. Wow, it’s unique to osmanthus. The scent wafts out immediately, the scent is tangy! tastes good.

Tangerine Osmanthus Porridge

1. Soak the white fungus in water for 15 minutes, wash it off, and tear it into small pieces. Peel the tangerines and break them into flesh. Wash the rice and soak in clean water for about half an hour

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil over high heat and pour in the soaked rice and white fungus. After the high heat is boiled again, turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes
