Taro Candy
1.
I bought small taro, which is very floury, cleaned and steamed.
2.
Press the taro into a puree and add condensed milk (I pressed it with a machine)
3.
Add milk powder, you can skip it, but it’s more delicious if you add it,
4.
After stirring the taro filling evenly, take a piece of wonton wrapper and put in small pieces of filling
5.
Then roll it back up and apply a little water on the edges to make it stick together
6.
Then squeeze the mouth with your hands on both sides
7.
All wrapped up
8.
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the wrapped taro candies until golden on both sides. Remember to fry slowly over medium and low heat.
9.
The finished product is indescribably delicious, mainly because the taro is enough powder
