Scallion and taro soup is a kind of soup made by Guangdong Hakka. Since the last time I made cabbage soup, the aftertaste is endless. I came back late from get off work today and did not buy any vegetables. I picked a few green onions on the balcony and cooked the small taro at home to make a delicious chive and taro soup.
