Scallion and taro soup is a kind of soup made by Guangdong Hakka. Since the last time I made cabbage soup, the aftertaste is endless. I came back late from get off work today and did not buy any vegetables. I picked a few green onions on the balcony and cooked the small taro at home to make a delicious chive and taro soup. Cantonese cuisine is simple, light and delicious.

Scallion Taro Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: small taro, chives, etc.; PS: put a piece of taro and purple at home, so take a picture of the purple to warm it up.

2. Wash and boil small taro, peeled;

3. Boiled taro, cut into pieces, wash and chop chives;

4. Pour oil in a hot pan and saute the cut taro pieces until fragrant;

5. While the taro pieces are stir-fried, they are crushed into puree or small pieces.

6. Add boiling water and chicken powder, boil again and change to low heat to simmer into thick soup;

7. Put salt and chives in the pot and mix well.

Tips:

1. Taro chooses small taro to be smoother;
2. Adding chives is delicious.
