Scallion Taro Soup

Prepare ingredients: small taro, chives, etc.; PS: put a piece of taro and purple at home, so take a picture of the purple to warm it up.

Wash and boil small taro, peeled;

Boiled taro, cut into pieces, wash and chop chives;
4.
Pour oil in a hot pan and saute the cut taro pieces until fragrant;

While the taro pieces are stir-fried, they are crushed into puree or small pieces.

Add boiling water and chicken powder, boil again and change to low heat to simmer into thick soup;
7.
Put salt and chives in the pot and mix well.
Tips:
1. Taro chooses small taro to be smoother;
2. Adding chives is delicious.
