Taro Coconut Milk Cured Duck Pot

Remove the cured duck in boiling water and chop it into small pieces

Peel the taro, wash and cut into large pieces, cut the onion into sections, and chop the ginger and garlic separately

Heat the wok and pour the oil, add the cured duck pieces and fry to get the oil, add the minced ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant, cook and stir in the cooking wine
