On summer nights, watch TV and order some low-fat fried fish. They are delicious and don’t worry about gaining weight. Antarctic ice fish, also known as Antarctic shrimp fish, is a fish that grows in non-polluted waters below zero in the deep sea, mainly in Antarctica. Shrimp is a food, it is rich in fish fat DHA, EPA and other ingredients, rich in calcium, no heme, and high nutritional value.

Taste Ice Fish Fillet

1. Thaw the ice fish fillet in advance, cut it out, put it on the plate, add salt, cooking wine, ginger and pepper, mix well and marinate for half an hour

2. Take out the fish to the kitchen napkin to absorb the excess water, put oil in the frying pan, heat the fish and fry until golden on both sides
