Tea is a treasure. Since I stewed pork knuckles with tea, I sautéed prawns with tea today. It is very delicious 😋! "

Tea-scented Prawns

1. Use scissors to cut open the back of the prawns, use a toothpick to pick out the prawn threads, brew the green tea in boiling water and set aside, separate the scallion white and scallion green, shred the ginger, and mince the garlic.

2. Soak the green onions and ginger in the brewed tea. After the tea is cool, soak the shrimps for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, dry the soaked tea leaves with kitchen paper, pour them into the pot and fry them on low heat until the tea leaves turn yellow and remove them for later use.

4. Stir-fry the base oil of the tea leaves, then pour the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté.

5. Then add the shrimp and fry until the color changes.

6. Add steamed fish soy sauce and sugar and stir fry evenly.

7. Finally, add the tea leaves and stir-fry evenly, and the fragrance is tangy.

8. Finally, add a few slices of lemon to the plate!

Tips:

Green tea for tea! Steamed fish soy sauce with salt, no need to add salt!
